 Refund Policy and Turnaround Service

Refund requests are generally not accepted. However, if the customer insists, the turnaround time is 7 days. It may take 7-10 working days for the refund amount to be credited to the bank.


OTP Policy and Refund

To ensure that the certificate is applied/ordered by the Aadhaar holder himself, we send an OTP (One Time Passcode) to the mobile number registered with the government on the UIDAI database. Orders are processed only after the OTP is shared with us and the applicant's Aadhaar is verified. If applicants are not able to share OTP for any reason or refuse to share OTP, we will not be able to process the certificate. Such cases will be treated as "not processed due to non-cooperation by the customer" and no refund will be made in such cases. Note: To clear the doubts we have taken a specific approval from the applicant to share the details etc before submitting the application. This is a mandatory acknowledgment for submitting the form on the portal. Applications are not submitted without accepting this condition


Update on Terms of Service

Update on T&C On July 1, 2020, the government replaced Udyog Aadhaar registration with Udyog registration. However, the platform for enterprise registration is yet to be launched by the government. All orders placed by customers for Udyog Aadhaar which are not delivered due to the above reasons will be given an Enterprise Registration Certificate and the customer gives his/her free consent to get Udyog Aadhaar in place of Udyog Aadhaar. In order to provide the Certificate of Enterprise Registration, the Customer agrees to provide additional details, documents and consultation fees as required by the Service Provider. In case the customer refuses to provide additional details, documents and consultation fee as mentioned above, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Service providers i.e. udyamregistration.org cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of Udyog Aadhar certificates due to changes in certificates made by the government.
